Tichon Ramah Yerushalayim is a project of Ramah Programs in Israel, a branch of the National Ramah Commission of The Jewish Theological Seminary of America. It is fully accredited by the Middle States Association of Schools and Colleges, and is an affiliate of the Schechter Day School Network. USY High is run with the cooperation of United Synagogue Youth and is a part of the Ramah Jerusalem High School.
